Kotula noted that, according to Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, business survey data from the Census Bureau show that about 18 percent of firms had adopted AI as of year-end 2025. Work-related Generative AI adoption reports by individuals in a Real-Time Population Survey stood at about 41 percent as of November 2025. Additionally, a November survey targeting senior leaders at U.S. firms estimates that about 78 percent of the labor force works at firms that have adopted AI, and about 54 percent works at firms that use LLMS (Large Language Models).
“AI is everywhere, but companies need to use it intelligently and responsibly.
