DHUG 2015 Presentation: Integrating a Data Harmony-based Taxonomy in Atypon’s Literatum Platform

Taxonomy implementation is a new initiative for Atypon. Using SKOS as the basic input format, they have created an import feature and are beginning to leverage taxonomies in the Literatum platform.

Jacob Wilcock has served as the Director of Publishing Technology at Atypon since January of 2013. Prior to that he was a consultant for the National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) for just over two years. Jacob was CEO and a co-founder of ReConn, LLC, a developer of custom knowledge management software for Higher Education and Federal R&D institutions. He holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University.
