Recently Dan Wilde passed away and several of us talked – most of the people I contacted turned out to be part of the old ASIDIC crowd and well said – wouldn’t it be fun to have a reunion – we miss ASIDIC….

So several of us agreed that the idea of an ASIDIC reunion would be a lot of fun! We miss the meeting and the camaraderie that was shared over the last nearly 50 years! There are a LOT of stories to tell. A combination of “sessions” and history could bring us together to enjoy each other’s company as well as learn a bit. Tom Hogan and Margie Hlava will put together the technical program. Heather Kotula is doing all the local arrangements.

We have put together a meeting for Sept. 24-25 in Albuquerque and would love to have you join us! It is a variation on the traditional ASIDIC format. The Sunday night reception, Monday meetings and dinner, and Tuesday is open for you to explore Albuquerque.

Additionally, we would like to have a slideshow of previous meetings so if you have photos you can send to me or scan and deposit to Dropbox, we will add them to the show. If using Dropbox, email Margie at and she will share the folder with you.

We look forward to hearing from you and seeing your registration come in!
