Searching
For fastest searching, there is a quick search button near the top of every page that allows searches by title or keyword. To narrow your search, we offer a Power Search, which allows you to search by media type, age level, language and production year.

Product Information
MediaSleuth relies on the participation of producers and distributors to provide us with up-to-date and accurate descriptive and technical information of their products. The information we request for each title includes original production date, duration, language, suggested audience, usage rights and estimated shipping time. If you require information about performance rights, we can obtain that information for you from the distributor.

Pricing
Prices listed on MediaSleuth are subject to change by the distributor. If we discover a price discrepancy when ordering a product for you from the distributor, we will contact you for approval before processing your order.

Ordering
The fastest and easiest way to order products through MediaSleuth is online, although you can also send orders by phone, fax, e-mail or postal mail. If ordering by any method other than online, you will need to include the item number, which can be found on the product information page. Please note that orders for more than 10 items must be processed through one of our online methods.

Previews/Rentals
MediaSleuth does not facilitate previewing or rentals of audiovisual products at this time.

Payment
The easiest way to pay for your MediaSleuth purchase is with your credit card online. You may also use our online forms for paying by purchase order, check or money order.

Shipping
Orders placed through MediaSleuth are forwarded to the appropriate distributor(s), who will ship your order directly to the address you specify. If you order through multiple distributors, products will arrive separately from each distributor.

There is a standard shipping & handling fee of $5 for each item you order through MediaSleuth. Additional charges for international shipping are billed separately based on the actual amount.

Tracking Your Order
To find out the status of your order, please call us toll-free at 1-800-926-8328. Please make reference to the order number on the confirmation e-mail you received at the time you placed the order.

Returns
In the event that you must return a product as unsuitable, please contact MediaSleuth at 1-800-926-8328 to receive a Return Reference Number before returning the item to the distributor.
