Access Innovations, Inc. Opens DHUG 2018 Registration

Access Innovations, Inc. is pleased to announce that the agenda for the 13th annual Data Harmony Users Group (DHUG) meeting is posted and meeting registration is now open.

DHUG brings together current and prospective users of the Data Harmony software to present case studies, network, and share ideas. DHUG also includes a software features update and release of the software update follows shortly after the meeting.

DHUG will take place February 6 and 7, 2018, at the historic and boutique Hotel Andaluz in downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico. This is a new location for the DHUG meetings and one that is expected to be a positive change. Optional hands-on training is offered on Monday, February 5, 2018, at Access Innovations’ office. One-on-one meetings with Access Innovations staff are available on Thursday, February 8, 2018.

“We’re very excited about the new venue for DHUG,” says Heather Kotula, VP of Marketing and Communications for Access Innovations. “The historic Hotel Andaluz is a beautiful location and we feel it will be a refreshing change for our attendees.”

DHUG registration includes a Tuesday evening networking dinner, which will be held at the National Museum of Nuclear History and Science. Past attendees cite this dinner as one of the most valuable opportunities for networking.

Case studies presented by clients are a favorite of attendees at DHUG meetings. These presentations outline how Data Harmony is being implemented in the production pipeline at customer sites, giving DHUG attendees a chance to look behind the scenes and learn from other users. At DHUG 2018, case studies will be presented by Travis Hicks from ASCO, Tim Lamkins from SPIE, Ronald Snyder and Sharon Garewal from JSTOR, and Jane Hiebert-White from Health Affairs, among others. Three-quarters of the 2017 DHUG attendees cited these breakout sessions as the most valuable aspect of the meetings and Access Innovations plans to continue with these presentations going forward.

The agenda also includes a panel discussion moderated by Bob Kasenchak, Director of Business Development at Access Innovations, Inc., and attendees will also participate in breakout sessions that bring attendees and Access Innovations staff together to discuss relevant topics and brainstorm toward innovating for the future of the industry.
